Once you’re ready to begin the planning process, reach out to us by email, social media platforms, call/text, or filling out our contact form on our website. I will then respond back to you with a travel proposal form to fill out to get a basic idea of what type of vacation you are looking to plan!
I would also love to schedule a virtual meeting via zoom/facetime, or with a phone call to get to know you more on a personal level and to really get a clear understanding of how to best serve you! We will discuss your travel proposal more in depth and cover other details to make sure your dream vacation becomes a reality!
After our conversation, it’s time for me to utilize my travel connections and research your vacation! Through my expertise, you will receive a customized itinerary that is unique and tailored to you.
After you have reviewed your first proposal, we will continue to communicate and implement any necessary adjustments until you feel it is exactly what you have envisioned for your vacation! No matter how many times it takes, or however many questions you may have, we will make it perfect until you are ready to finalize your official vacation proposal.

Yes, just because I booked your vacation doesn’t mean that’s where it ends. As your travel agent, I will be with you every step of the way from our first conversation, until the moment you arrive safely back home. Before you leave, I will make sure you have a detailed itinerary in a PDF form along with a virtual document that you can access from an app on your phone. There, you will find all of your travel documents along with your itinerary all at your fingertips. I will also check in with you while you are on your vacation to make sure everything is running smoothly. Furthermore, I'll be behind the scenes watching for weather alerts, flight cancellations, and anything else that may affect your vacation. You matter to me!
